At The Key Flowers Boutique, every arrangement is handcrafted with care using fresh, perishable materials. Due to the delicate and time-sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been dispatched or delivered.

- If your order has not yet entered production, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.
- If your order is already out for delivery, we may attempt to stop it. However, no refund can be offered for fresh floral products that have already left our premises.
Refunds & Replacements
Your satisfaction is important to us. While we do not accept product returns, we are committed to resolving any valid concerns.
If your order:
- Arrives damaged,
- Is incomplete, or
- Does not meet expectations (due to a mistake on our part),
please notify us within 2 hours of delivery. Based on your case, we may offer one of the following solutions:
- A replacement item delivered at the next available slot
- A gift voucher or store credit
- A full or partial refund (at our discretion)
We strive to resolve valid complaints within 1 working day. Refunds, once processed, typically appear in your account within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
