At The Key Flowers Boutique, we take pride in offering reliable, same-day delivery of fresh flowers and thoughtful gifts across the UAE.
Free UAE Delivery
We offer free same-day delivery within the UAE for orders above AED 300, covering the following locations:
- Dubai
- Abu Dhabi
- Sharjah
- Ras Al Khaimah
- Ajman
- Umm Al Quwain
For orders below AED 300, a flat delivery fee of AED 50 will apply.
Delivery Time Slots
We operate three convenient daily delivery slots:
- 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
📌 Please place your order at least 2 hours in advance of your selected time slot.
During peak hours, preferred slots may become unavailable.
Remote Area Surcharges
Some remote locations in Dubai, Sharjah, UAQ, RAK, and Abu Dhabi may incur an additional delivery charge. These fees will be clearly shown during checkout.
We do not deliver to the following areas:
Al Wiqan, Al Arad, Al Yarya, Bateen Liwa, Al Sila, Asab, Al Sabkah, Jereirah, Taraq, Arada
If you place an order to a restricted location or an item is unavailable in your region, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
Delivery Conditions
To ensure smooth delivery:
- Please provide the complete recipient address, contact number, and your own phone number for any clarifications.
- For deliveries to offices, hospitals, airports, restaurants, or hotels, a signature from any authorized individual will be considered as successful delivery.
- If the recipient is unreachable or if the address is incorrect, a re-delivery charge may apply.
- We deliver in good faith to the provided address and are not responsible if the recipient has moved or refuses the order.

- If your order has already been dispatched, we may be unable to cancel it, and no refund will be offered for perishable fresh items already out for delivery.
